Milton Smith (March 27, 1929 – April 11, 1997) was a Major League Baseball player. Smith played in 36 games in the 1955 season with the Cincinnati Reds.

Smith was originally with the Philadelphia Stars of the Negro American League in 1950.

He had 20 hits in 102 at-bats for a .196 batting average for the Cincinnati Reds.

Smith was born in Columbus, Georgia, and died in San Diego, California.
