The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation[2] (Russian: Министерство связи и массовых коммуникаций Российской Федерации) also known as MinComSvyaz Rossii (Russian: Минкомсвязь России) is the governmental agency in Russia responsible for telecommunications, media and the post.
