Miss World 1952, the second edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 14 November 1952 at the Lyceum Ballroom in London, UK. 11 contestants competed for the crown. Kiki Håkansson of Sweden crowned her successor May-Louise Flodin of Sweden. It was the first back to back victories in Miss World.

- Only a Top 4 was selected instead of the previously erroneous report of Top 5.[1]
- The special placement of 3rd runner-up was awarded by Betty Hutton who, herself, was constantly placed fourth at beauty pageants.[2]
