Montacuto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 120 kilometres (75 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 335 and an area of 23.7 square kilometres (9.2 sq mi).[1]
Montacuto borders the following municipalities: Albera Ligure, Cantalupo Ligure, Dernice, Fabbrica Curone, Gremiasco, and San Sebastiano Curone.
