NCircle Entertainment is an entertainment content distributor based in Dallas, Texas that specializes in the sales, marketing, and distribution of quality children and family programming content. As an independent studio, focused on a particular genre, NCircle is able to customize their approach to maximize the opportunities for the rights holders, the retailers, and the consumer.
NCircle was founded in 2006 and is led by industry veteran Mary Flynn. The company has grown to be, and continues to maintain the position as, the largest independent distributor for children's non-theatrical entertainment (NCircle is the #1 independent distributor for children's DVD, according to VideoScan 2014).
NCircle Entertainment's award-winning children's programs offer "Entertainment that Educates." NCircle believes in the importance of preparing children for school and that early learning skills empower children for future success. NCircle provides programming (DVD and digital) that engages children with entertainment while teaching them reading readiness, science concepts, problem solving tactics, social skills, and environmental awareness.

NCircle Entertainment is a division of Alliance Entertainment, which is the largest wholesale distributor of home entertainment audio and video software in the United States as well as an accomplished distribution channel for apparel, hardware, and accessories. The parent company is also unrelated to the former Canadian-owned company who held the same name, that was eventually sold to Entertainment One.
