Nagi Naganathan
"Nagi" Ganapathy Naganathan is the Dean of College of Engineering at the University of Toledo[1] Naganathan was born and raised in India where he earned his bachelors in mechanical engineering before coming to the United States to earn his masters from Clarkson University and his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University.[2] He was named interim president of the University of Toledo serving since July 1, 2014.[3] In 2016, Naganathan applied for the presidency of the University of North Dakota, and was one of six finalist applicants who visited the University between February and March.[4][5] The position ultimately went to Mark Kennedy.
In November 2016, Naganathan was selected as president of the Oregon Institute of Technology.[6]
