The National Association of Latina Leaders (NALL) is a non-profit organization representing millions of Hispanic women across the United States. It was co-founded in 2003 by Former U.S. Treasurer Rosario Marin and Media entrepreneur Cathy Areu. Rosario Marin served as the organization's Chairwoman during its inaugural year. Today the organization continues to work to break stereotypes of Hispanic women in the U.S., in the private and public sectors. NALL partner organizations include the NIH (National Institutes of Health), WIPP (Women Impacting Public Policy), and the Global Diversity Group. NALL's official publication is Catalina magazine.
Every National Hispanic Heritage Month, NALL's board chooses a "Groundbreaking Latina of the Year" award recipient, in partnership with CATALINA magazine.
