Neplachov is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.95 square kilometres (4.23 sq mi), and has a population of 348 (as at 31 December 2007).
Neplachov lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of České Budějovice and 107 km (66 mi) south of Prague.
