Neptune Films is a small production company started in Portland, Oregon, (currently operating out of Los Angeles, CA) United States, that makes narrative and experimental short films & music videos. It is owned and operated by Portland native Christopher Lloyd Cooley.
Distribution
The company is known for their D.I.Y. approach to film distribution, often shunning film festivals and instead putting on their own screenings and selling their own DVDs.
