New York's 8th State Senate district is one of 63 districts of the New York State Senate. It is currently represented by Michael Venditto (R). Senator Venditto was first elected in 2014 and serves as Chairman of the Consumer Protection Committee's chairman. ^[1]

Geography

District 8 covers a portion of eastern Nassau County and western Suffolk County. ^[2]
