Project Graduation

Project Graduation is a group of Nolan parents' that set up fun, alcohol-free events for the seniors to participate in before they graduate. Throughout the year, the parents help raise money for the seniors by coordinating activities, such as selling baked goods after school. They also put on a senior fashion show, in which the seniors get to participate in and people can buy tickets to come and watch. This is such a fun opportunity for the seniors, they get to wear clothes from various name brand stores and model the clothes. After the fashion show they have the option to buy the outfit they wore for a discounted price. They also have a picnic at Camp Thurman set up towards the end of the year. This is an outdoors day where the seniors get to play sports, swim, rock climb, and do obstacle courses. The night of graduation, they put on a lock-in at Allie Cats. They have many different activities going on this night; you can bowl, play laser tag, arcade games, and play mini golf. There are also many prizes that can be won, such as bicycles, laptops, and dorm room necessities. These are some of the activities that Project Graduation puts on for the seniors as a way for them to truly get the most out of the high school experience. Project Graduation also has a website that gives the seniors many options of memorabilia or keep sakes they can purchase.
