Nordstromia recava is a moth in the Drepanidae family. It was described by Watson in 1968.[1] It is found in China (Zhejiang, Jiangsu).[2]

The length of the forewings is 15.5-19.5 mm for males and 18-18.5 mm for females. The ground-colour of both the fore- and hindwings is pale lustrous grey, densely irrorated with longer scales, the latter pale greyish brown at the base and greyish white distally. The costa is orange-buff and the apical part of the outer margin and costal patches are dark brown. The fascia are yellowish brown with a yellow distal border to the postmedial fascia, and a yellow proximal border to the antemedial fascia.[3]
