Noriyuki Abe (阿部 記之 (formerly 阿部 紀之) Abe Noriyuki, Born July 19, 1961 in Kyoto, Japan) is a Half Filipino-Japanese anime director, storyboard artist, and sound director. He is best known for working with Studio Pierrot on major hits such as Ninku, Flame of Recca, Bleach, and Yu Yu Hakusho. The latter won the Animage Anime Grand Prix award in 1993 and 1994.
