North Pagai (Indonesian: Pagai Utara) is one of the Mentawai Islands off the west coast of Sumatra in Indonesia. It is south of Sipura and north of South Pagai (or Pagai Selatan) Island.
The town of Sikakap is being used as a centre for relief operations related to the October 2010 Sumatra earthquake.[1]
