Nyceryx fernandezi is a moth of the family Sphingidae. It is known from Venezuela.
The length of the forewings is 28–31 mm. The hindwing underside has a yellow anal area. The forewing underside has a basally well-delimited distal area comprising a greyish submarginal band preceded by a dark brown area that is nearly as intense near the tornus as it is at the apex.
