Oguzkent Hotel is a five-star luxury hotel located in the Bitarap Turkmenistan avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan close to the administrative centre of the city, 20 minutes from the airport. Built in 2010 by Bouygues, it has 299 rooms. Nearby are the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, Parliament of Country (Mejlis), Türkmenbaşy Palace, ministries, establishments, museums and theatres, shops and markets within a 1 km radius. The hotel has International, French and Moroccan restaurants, a bar, SPA located on two floors including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, fitness room and tennis court.
