The Olympia Condos, a 33-storey (98 metres) condo building is the third tallest building in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.[1] Situated just east of John Street South on Charlton Avenue East in the Corktown/ Stinson neighbourhood, 2 blocks east of the St. Joseph's hospital and nearby is the mountain access known as Arkledun Avenue/Jolley Cut. It is also a 5-minute walk to the downtown Hamilton GO Transit station from this location.

The building features an indoor pool, squash courts, a fitness room and sauna.[2] Every apartment has a balcony but only the north side of the building offers views of Hamilton's downtown, industrial north-end and the Burlington Bay James N. Allan Skyway bridge. On a clear day from the top floor balconies the Toronto skyline can be seen across Lake Ontario. Balcony views from the south side of the building are limited and face the nearby Niagara escarpment with vehicle traffic travelling up and down Arkledun Avenue between the lower city of Hamilton and the upper city which the locals refer to as "the mountain".
