One Constitution Avenue is an under-construction upscale mixed-use development in Islamabad which includes two 24 story towers connected by a skybridge overlooking the Rawal Lake.^[1]

Initially named as Grand Hyatt Islamabad, the construction begin in 2005 but was delayed due a National Accountability Bureau investigation and conflicts with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.^[2][3] The construction resumed 2012 after plan for the third 37-storey tower where mulled.^[4] The twin towers are for residential use, while a five story retail center is under-construction on the previously proposed hotel site, the construction is contracted to China State Construction Engineering.^[5][6]

On July 1, 2016, the CDA sealed the under-construction complex, which included the Grand Hyatt Hotel, for various building and layout plan violations.^[7] The CDA report said that the BNP (Pvt) Limited made post-bid changes as well as other gross illegalities, building plan violations, adding that it sold out the apartments without obtaining any approval from the CDA. It said that the BNP (Pvt) Limited has constructed 120 apartments (in each tower) in violation of the approved building plan which allowed only 60-service apartments in each tower.^[8]
