"Opportunity Nox" is the only single from Swedish pop duo Roxette's 2003 compilation album The Pop Hits. In March 2003, "Opportunity Nox" became the first Roxette song to reach Svensktoppen. Due to Marie Fredriksson having cancer at the time, the song had no promotion and featured very little of her vocals.
Reception
Swedish newspapers Aftonbladet and Expressen both gave the song 4 stars and called it their best song since "Dangerous" and "Joyride" respectively.[1][2]
Charts
Despite the lack of promotion, this song did peak at #11 in Sweden, and was a minor hit in Germany (#69) and Switzerland (#87).
Music video
The video for the song is animated by Animation Director Murray John. This was mainly due to Fredriksson's illness.
