Ozar pronunciation is a census town in Nashik District in the Indian state of Maharashtra.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[2] Ozar had a population of 45,770. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Ozar has an average literacy rate of 78%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 82%, and female literacy is 73%. In Ozar, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age. Ozar has got 2 major government installation. First one is HAL and second one is Air Force Station. This town is famous for producing Grapes and Onion.
