Paek Il-hwa (born 12 April 1993) is a North Korean female weightlifter, competing in the 48 kg category and representing North Korea at international competitions. She won the silver medal at the 2013 Summer Universiade. She participated at the 2014 Asian Games in the 48 kg event.[1] At the 2015 Asian Weightlifting Championships she finished third in the snatch and second in the clean & jerk.
