Papparapaam is an upcoming Tamil dramedy film written and directed by debutante Sasikumaran and starring Vinoth Kishan, Ishaara Nair, Yamini Lakshmanan, John Vijay and Mime Gopi. The film is produced by Ink Pen Films and is slated for release in 2017.

Production
Production of the film commenced in Chennai followed by major sequences being shot in places in and around Ooty.[1] The title and motion poster of the film were unveiled through a unique Cleaning campaign[2] conducted for five weeks in Chennai. Papparapaam traces the life of a man who wakes up at his funeral.[3] Being a fictional life history it depicts life from 1974 to 2016.[4] Also there are as many as 248 characters with dialogs in the movie. Sasikumaran who is debuting as director with Papparapaam is also the writer of the Tamil movie Urumi (film).
