CONSTRUCTION STARTED AT PARK ENCLAVE, ISLAMABAD
First house construction starts in Park Enclave at street 28. Many house owners have got their house plans approved and others have applied for possession of plots. It is hoped that a number of houses will be constructed during the next one year.

The enclave has convenient access from Kashmir Chowk, Kashmir Highway, Lehtrar Road & Islamabad Highway. This scheme excels other CDA scheme due to wide main road, green trees, botanical nureries on both sides. Its surroundings include Pakistan Agricultural Research Council Chak Shehzad Farms, NAtional Ceter for Rural Development NCRD, Prime Ministers Hospital Complex and COMSATS Lehtrar Road. This is also aligned with Government Officers housing scheme of Pakisyan Housing Authority at Kuree Road a fast developing, high profile and disciplined neighborhood.Park Enclave is the only CDA scheme with security and face recognition entry system. CDA has completed development of phase 1 of Park Enclave. An entrance security gate structure has been raised, main double roads connecting to Park Road and Kurree Road fully completed. All internal roads electric poles, and sewage have been laid down. This scheme is ready for house construction. CDA has given the possession of plots to 15 or more owners who have made full payments of the plots. Current price range for one kanal plot is 2.30 crore to 3 crore depending on location. Plot prices are expected to increase once the construction phase starts in September 2016. At this point a jump in prices is expected. Prices will keep rising until at par with one kanal plot price in D-12 and F-11- Rs 4 to 5 crores.
Project details
As per Capital Development Authority, the project is divided into two phases. Phase-1, and Phase II. Phase-1 is fully developed. For the first time, Capital Development Authority is introducing water metering and billing through digital metering as a pilot project. It would also be equipped with Broadband (Telecom, TV & Internet) having Fiber to the home (FTTH) network for all type of communications.[1]
