Peter Kelly (born 1950) is the President of the High Court of Ireland, and ex officio member of the Supreme Court.

He was educated at O'Connell's Schools, University College Dublin and the King's Inns. He was called to the Bar in 1973 and was called to the Inner Bar in 1986.[1]

He was appointed a judge of the High Court in 1996 and was in charge of the High Court Commercial list since it was established in 2004. He was appointed to the Court of Appeal in October 2014.[2] He was appointed as President of the High Court on 21 December 2015.[3] As he was appointed to the Bench in 1996, he can continue in office until he is 72.[4]
