Phiali is a village in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from Kapurthala, which is both district and sub-district headquarters of Phiali. The village is administrated by a sarpanch, an elected representative of the village.[2]

According to the report published by Census India in 2011, Phiali has 118 houses with the total population of 576 persons of which 285 are male and 291 females.
