Phnom Penh (Khmer: មណ្ឌលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ) is one of the 24 constituencies of the National Assembly of Cambodia. It is allocated 12 seats in the National Assembly, with 7 members from the Cambodia National Rescue Party, and 5 from the Cambodian People's Party.[1]
It has voted for opposition parties in recent years, with the ruling CPP winning Phnom Penh just once in the last four elections.
