Pioneer Valley Railroad, a subsidiary of Pinsly Railroad Company was founded in 1982. Based in Westfield, Massachusetts, the railroad operates former Conrail (nee-New York, New Haven & Hartford) trackage between Southampton, Westfield and Holyoke.[1]
