Piyaseeli Wijegunasingha (February 20, 1943 – September 2, 2010) was a Sri Lankan Trotskyist, a Marxist scholar, and a member of Sri Lanka's Socialist Equality Party from 1968 until her death.[1] She worked as a lecturer for 44 years[2] at University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
