Plamen Kolev (Bulgarian: Пламен Колев; born 9 February 1988 in Stara Zagora) is a Bulgarian footballer who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Vereya Stara Zagora.
Career
Plamen Kolev made his first team debut for Beroe in a 6–0 win over Chernomorets Burgas Sofia on 19 May 2007, coming on as a substitute for Daniel Bekono.[1] During his three years in Beroe he played in 16 matches.
He subsequently spent six months as the second-choice goalkeeper at Minyor Pernik, behind Ivaylo Ivanov, and failed to make a single appearance for the team in the league.
Kolev joined Cherno More Varna on 27 December 2011.[2]
