Plan Bay Area

Plan Bay Area is the implementation of the Sustainable Communities and Climate Protection Act of 2008 or SB 375 in the San Francisco Bay Area California, United States. The plan integrates land use, transportation, and housing, with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The plan was approved on July 18, 2013 by the Association of Bay Area Governments and by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.[1][2]

The adoption of the plan by regional planners was covered by the San Francisco Chronicle.[3]
