Plautilla (died 67 AD) was an early Christian saint, a Roman widow who was by some accounts baptized by Saint Peter and saw the martyrdom of Saint Paul.[2] Plautilla was the daughter of Gaius Fulvius Plautianus, the praetorian perfevt of the Roman emporer Septimius Severus and a woman whose name was not confirmed and they believed her mother’s name was Hortensia.[3]
