Prapadasana

Prapadasana is an Asana. It is translated as Tip Toe Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "prapada" meaning "tips of the feet", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".[1][2]

Benefits and Cautions

This pose has the following benefits: it promotes the sense of balance, opens the inner hips and thighs and stretches the quadraceps.

Be careful while doing this pose if you have ankle, knee or hip injuries.[1][2]
