Propellar or also known as Pike 12 is the forty-second studio album by guitarist Buckethead, and the twelfth installment of the Buckethead Pikes Series.[1][2]
The album was announced on April 12, 2013 as a limited edition, untitled album with hand drawn covers and signed by Buckethead himself which were released in May 7. On July 21, 2014 the album was released digitally which included the official album title, cover, and track names.[3]
A standard edition was also announced but has not yet been released.

Trivia
- The title track "Propellar" has a small gap in recording on the limited edition of the album which was fixed on the digital version.
