Punj Lloyd is an engineering and construction group of India providing integrated design, procurement and project management services for energy and infrastructure sector projects. Punj Lloyd operations are located in the Middle East, the Caspian, the Asia Pacific, the Europe, Africa and South Asia. Punj Lloyd has 50+ subsidiaries and has executed upwards of 200+ projects in 120+ countries. Its main offices are in Gurgaon, Haryana and its stock is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange [1] and also on National Stock Exchange of India. Punj Lloyd's turn over in 2012 was USD 2.4 billion.[2] Today the turnover is USD 400 million. The Chairman of Punj Lloyd is Atul Punj.Atul punj and Ragini Chauvey both owns 40% each shares of the company.

The Company provides integrated design, engineering procurement construction (epc), Maintenance and project management services in the Oil & Gas, energy and infrastructure sectors. The Company provides integrated design, EPC and management services for infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, flyovers, bridges, elevated railroads, railways, underground tunnels, seaports and airport terminals. The Company operates in four segments: Oil and Gas, Civil and Infrastructure, Petrochemicals and Power. Its oil and gas business includes oil and gas pipelines, tank terminals, liquefied natural gas (LNG) tankage, coker units, sulphur blocks, Offsites and utilities, Gas compression facilities, civil works, structural steel works, piping, equipment erection, alignment and grouting, electrical and instrumentation works, insulation, fireproofing etc. for refineries, petrochemicals and process plants. The Civil, Infrastructure and Power business of the Company comprises two elements: civil engineering, building and power, and roads and other infrastructure.
It also carries out offshore pipeline laying for both shallow water and deep seas. It owns its own pipe laying barges to carry out these works. Punj Lloyd also carries out construction of offshore platforms on EPC basis.
