Qazy

A platter of horse meat served traditionally as an appetizer (qarta and qazy on the left and right respectively)
Qazy is a dish in Kazakh cuisine made from horse rib meat sausage in natural intestine casing and sliced horse butt.[1] A reviewer from Vice (magazine) described the dish as smokey and earthy.[1]
