Qom Monorail
The Qom Monorail is a planned 13.5-kilometre (8.4 mi) monorail system in Qom, Iran.
Construction began in 2009 and is expected to be completed by 2015.[1]
During the first phase of construction there are plans for five stations, connecting the Qom-Kashan tollway in the north to the Jamkaran Mosque. The second phase of construction would link Qom to Pardisan City.[2] The project is expected to cost 9.4 trillion rials.[1]
