Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas (born 30 June 1968) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PAN. He currently acts as Governor of Puebla after being elected in 2010.[2]
Moreno Valle also served as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Puebla and as Senator in the LX and LXI Legislatures.[3]
Moreno Valle is the grandson of Rafael Moreno Valle, a doctor and politician who also served as the Governor of Puebla from 1969 to 1972.[4]
