Raj Singh Matharu (born March 1958)[2] is a British businessman. He is currently the chairman of Grange Hotels, a UK hotel chain, with 16 venues in London and one in Bracknell.[3][4]
Properties include Grange Holborn Hotel, and Grange City Hotel.
The company is owned and run by the brothers Raj, Harpal and Tony Matharu, who made their wealth from converting empty office space into hotels.[5]
As of April 2016, his net worth is £862 million, according to the Sunday Times Rich List.[1]
