Rajendra Agrawal is a member of the 16th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Meerut constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).[1]
Education & background
Agrawal holds masters degree (M.Sc) in Physics. He is a businessperson by profession.[1]
Agrawal joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in school days as an active worker. He has worked as a Pracharak 1971 to 1984.
Imprisonment
From July 1975 to April 1997, Agrawal was imprisonment for about 21 months under D.I.R & M.I.S.A. He has also faced several short-term imprisonments for Ayodhya and other social causes.[1]
