Rasool Bux Dars (Sindhi: رسول بخش درس) was born on 10 June 1953, in village Photo Khan Dars, Jhimpir,[1] Thatta District, Sindh. He was teacher and is renowned prose writer of Sindh. He lives in Jhimpir, Thatta District, Sindh.[2]
Education
Rasool Bux Dars had got primary education from his native village. He did Matriculation from Jhimpir in 1970, intermediate from Degree College Makli, Thatta in 1979 and Bachelor of Arts from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Sindh. He has been serving as social worker of Jhimpir.[3]
Professional career
Rasool was appointed as Sindhi Subject Specialist and taught in Government Higher Secondary School, Jhimpir.
Publications
He had written seven books on poetry, prose and profile sketches of Sindh's leading characters, including "Sanai ji Sobh" (Sindhi: سنائيءَ جي سوڀ) and "Sath jo Mausam" (Sindhi: ساٿ جي موسم).
