Roald Dahl's Book of Ghost Stories is a 1983 collection of Ghost stories selected by Roald Dahl.[1]
Dahl read 749 supernatural tales from an array of ghost storytellers at the British Museum Library before selecting 14 that comprise this anthology.[2] In the book Dahl writes; "Spookiness is, after all, the real purpose of the ghost story".[3]
