He finished his career as the Blizzard all-time leading scorer (650 points). After his retirement he was hired as the Assistant Head Coach for the upcoming 2010 Indoor Football Season.

Coaching

Garth currently resides in Green Bay Wisconsin where he Coaches Freshman basketball at Green Bay East High School. His first go around as a high school coach came for the 1996-97 Hartland High School Freshman basketball team in Michigan. A team packed with talent went 17-1 while winning most of their games by 20 or more points. The lone loss came in an overtime game against a rival school from Brighton. Not even the buzzer beating 3-pointer by Andrew Gelardi, which sent the game into overtime, and the hot shooting from Jon Cook, was enough to complete the undefeated season. The loss that season came as the only blemish in the careers of that class of students, as many of the players left the team the following season due to local politics and poor coaching in the upper levels of the school's program. Therefore, coach Garth was on the sideline for the final win in what could be considered one of the most talented classes of high school boys basketball players ever assembled.

Robert Garth coached football in Little Chute, Wisconsin, and help guide the team to the 2014 state championship game.

Currently, Robert resides in Orlando Florida where he coaches football at West Orange High School.
