Rondel Menendez
Rondel Menendez (born May 18, 1975) was a seventh-round draft pick of the Atlanta Falcons in 1999 out of Eastern Kentucky.[1] He shares the record for the third fastest 40 yard dash time with Chris Johnson, recorded at the NFL Combine at 4.24 seconds.[2][3]
Menendez was cut from the Falcons after a devastating knee injury in a preseason game during his rookie year, ending his career via torn meniscus.
