Rosalind Chanette Ross (January 17, 1980 - September 15, 2010) was a professional basketball player drafted by the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA. On September 15, 2010, she was shot and killed by her partner.[1]
Education
Ross attended Milwaukee Technical High School. She attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and Oklahoma University.

Personal life
Ross majored in sociology.[2] After basketball Ross worked as a security guard for Briggs & Stratton.[3]
In 2010, Ross was shot and killed in Milwaukee North Side, in a vehicle outside of a restaurant, by Malika Willoughby, her female partner. Willoughby was sentenced to 13 years in prison in 2011.[4]
