Rudolf Bogatsch (4 September 1891 – 5 June 1970) was a highly decorated General der Flieger in the Luftwaffe during World War II who commanded the IV. Flakkorps. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Rudolf Bogatsch was captured by American troops in May 1945 and was released in 1946.
