Creating SCAA Causeway Bay RFC is a rugby union club based in Hong Kong.
History
SCAA First Pacific CWB Tempest was founded in 1988 as a development side with the aim of fostering greater participation and enjoyment of rugby among Hong Kong's local Chinese population. Originally an all-Chinese team, CWB Rams began to recruit expatriate players in 1992 and made its debut in the second division in 1994. The Club's development has accelerated since then and we were proud to join the first division in 2004.[1]
