Sadatarō Hiraoka
Sadatarō Hiraoka (Japanese: 平岡定太郎}) (July 19, 1863 - August 26, 1942) was the third Director of Karafuto Agency (June 12, 1908 - June 5, 1914). He was governor of Fukushima Prefecture (1906-1908). He was from Harima Province. He was a graduate of the University of Tokyo.
