Samuel E. Beetley
Samuel E. Beetley (November 23, 1913 – September 15, 1988) was an American film editor. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Film Editing in 1963 for The Longest Day, and in 1968 for Doctor Dolittle. He won Emmys in 1974 for The Blue Knight and 1976 for Medical Story and was nominated in 1977 for M*A*S*H.[1]
