Highway 623 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from the Highway 13 near Ogema to Highway 334. Highway 623 is about 45 km (28 mi.) long.

Highway 623 runs through Key West No. 70, and Elmsthorpe No. 100
Communities
Edgeworth is just to the west of Highway 623. Piapot Indian Reserve #75 is on the highway to the eastern direction. Truax and Ogema are the main communities along this route.
Major Attractions
The highway travels through the Dirt Hills geophysical area of Saskatchewan. [1]
Dunnet Regional Park is near Truax. Ogema Regional Park is as a Conservation area of Ogema [2]
Concurrency
There is a concurrency with Highway 713. The northern limit of the concurrency is at Truax and continues southerly.
