Schizocypris is a genus of cyprinid fish found in southern and south-western Asia.

- Schizocypris altidorsalis Bianco & Bănărescu, 1982
- Schizocypris brucei Regan, 1914 (Waziristan snowtrout)
- Schizocypris ladigesi M. S. Karaman (sr), 1969
